How it Works
The Fellowship is a 12-month program for photographers and filmmakers where you get to be a Creative Director for Moment and Long Weekend. We give you the opportunity, pay you for your work, and mentor you along the way. The end result is a year of hands-on CD experience you can add to your portfolio.
We teach you the entire process
Creative direction, planning, delivering, and more. Start to finish — the way the best do it.
We plan three shoots a year
At least three photo or video shoots per year, built with you, with Moment and Long Weekend as the client.
We give you the budget
Real money for every shoot — crew, talent, travel, gear. You run the P&L and the creative.
You deliver and review
You deliver the entire shoot and review the results with us. Every shoot becomes a portfolio piece.
